1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using zstore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including organization administrators and members.
2. Description of Service
zstore is a sales order management platform that allows organizations to manage products, customers, and orders across web and mobile interfaces. The service includes offline-capable mobile access and a web-based administration portal.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use zstore only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to store or transmit unlawful content, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Billing and Subscriptions
Access to zstore requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to zstore, including orders, products, and customer records. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zstore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the application. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
